He has some Hangin Tree dog in him as well. Patches aims to please and is highly intelligent. Full potty trained and basic command training. LAY/SIT/SHAKE/COME He also knows his name very well. We had him since he was a 5 weeks, but due to circumstances changing with employment he hardly gets time with us for additional training and play time. He tends to get a little aggressive during playing and he is protective of his family. He is a herding dog and is great to bring on trails, he would run circles around us corralling the kids. We have two 4 year olds a 7 year old and 11. He is nippy and tends to hurt unintentionally, but I think with a ... (Read More)little formal training and more time he will grow out of that. He is 9 months of age and the vets are saying he will be a Large breed dog. We have him on a puppy plan from Bandfield and take him to the Northwest Petsmart. (Less)

PIease Read Before Adopting a Lab in Nevada
Lab Dogs can make good pets in Nevada if they match your IifestyIe. Labrador Retrievers are friendly dogs that are popular in multiple countries as family pets. Labs are friendly, playful, trainable dogs. Labrador Retrievers need companionship and are excellent with children and other dogs. Most labs are too friendly to make good guard dogs. Labs can adapt to apartment life with sufficient daily exercise but do best with a decent sized yard.

lnteresting Lab Trivia Low-Cost Nevada Spay & Neuter Clinics
Labs have very gentle mouths and can even carry an egg without it breaking. One rescue lab named Jake helped dig through burning debris at Ground Zero to find people trapped after 9/11, and later helped with rescue efforts after Hurricane Katrina. The Labrador Retriever is by far the most popular dog in the U.S. Labs are descended from St. John's Water Dogs.
